About EnforceShield
Built to make IP enforcement autonomous
EnforceShield is an attorney-architected autonomous IP enforcement platform built for fast-growing, multi-channel ecommerce brands. It detects, validates, removes, monitors, and escalates IP violations across marketplaces, social platforms, websites, search, and ads.

Our origin
Built from years of real-world IP enforcement.
EnforceShield was founded in 2024 by IP attorney Rytis Rudzinskas after years of running digital enforcement operations manually for clients.
The problem was structural: online infringement could scale far faster than human-led enforcement. Adding more lawyers and analysts could increase capacity, but it could never fundamentally solve the scaling problem.
EnforceShield was built to change that — taking a legal workflow already proven in practice and rebuilding it for autonomous execution.
Today, legal decision logic is embedded directly into the platform, enabling detection, validation, enforcement, and monitoring to run autonomously — with attorneys handling complex exceptions and escalations.
“We didn’t start with AI and look for a legal workflow. We started with a legal workflow we had already operated at scale — and rebuilt it for autonomous execution.”

Built differently
Most solutions detect.
We run the whole enforcement workflow.
Human-at-the-end means enforcement volume no longer scales linearly with legal headcount.
Attorney-architected
Built around real IP enforcement workflows, legal logic, platform requirements, and takedown success criteria.
Autonomous by design
Detection, validation, takedown execution, and monitoring are designed to run continuously rather than waiting for manual case-by-case action.
Human-at-the-end
Attorneys focus on exceptions, complex cases, and escalations where legal judgment adds the most value.
Built for scale
One continuous system across channels, designed for recurring infringement and high case volumes without scaling headcount proportionately.
Our approach
One continuous enforcement loop
From detection to escalation — running without your team managing it.
Detect
Find counterfeits, unauthorized sellers, stolen creative, impersonation, and other IP abuse across digital channels.
Validate
Analyze each case using legal logic, platform context, and takedown success criteria.
Remove
Execute platform-specific takedowns across marketplaces, social platforms, websites, search, and ads.
Monitor
Track resolved cases, repeat offenders, and reappearing violations — then enforce again when abuse returns.
Escalate
Route complex or persistent cases to EnforceShield attorneys or the client's legal team when deeper action is required.
You don’t manage enforcement workflows.
You don’t chase platforms.
You don’t handle legal complexity.
We do.
Leadership
Law. Technology. Execution.
